Review guidelines
Write about your own real experience, honestly and politely, so others can decide with confidence.
Please do
- Review a business you have actually bought from or used, within the last 12 months.
- Say what happened: what you ordered, what went well or wrong, how it was solved.
- Write at least 30 characters and give a clear title.
- Update your review if the business fixes the problem.
Please don't
- Use bad language, insults, threats or hate speech.
- Share personal details: phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, or names of staff.
- Post fake reviews, review your own business or a competitor's, or post for payment or gifts.
- Copy someone else's review, add links or adverts, or post the same review many times.
- Write about things that are not about the customer experience, such as politics or rumours.
What happens if a review breaks these rules
The business can report it, and it is hidden while our team checks it. We then put it back or remove it. A review we put back after a check cannot be reported again. Accounts that keep breaking the rules are closed.
